The capybara is worked in the round from the bottom up as one continuous piece, starting from the legs and ending at the head. The arms are made separately and joined to the body as you go. The ears are knitted separately and sewn on. The muzzle is embroidered using dark brown yarn, following the stitches. The eyes and nose are embroidered with black yarn.
The flower hat consists of separately knitted petals joined together in a circle. The petals are worked in the round.
