At Maylily Knitting, we take pride in providing high-quality knitting patterns, handmade knitted toys, and clothing. We value our customers and want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products (Knitting Patterns)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all knitting pattern purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been processed and the files have been made available for download. If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe there is a mistake with your order, please contact us for assistance.
Physical Products (Knitted Toys & Clothing)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized knitted items.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Digital knitting patterns (as stated above).
Damaged or Lost Packages
We carefully package all orders, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution. For lost packages, we recommend checking with your local postal service first. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us via the form above with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
